When we arrived our desired room wasn't ready and we were offered another room but declined due to location...we said we'd wait...they immediately got our room ready in 20 minutes while we enjoyed ourselves in the gazebo. "We had no heat due to a broken furnace in December-the owner did bring a space heater, but that blew a fuse, not a relaxing time. We had a group of seven, so we could not find another place to stay short notice. We also found old coffee left in the coffee pot. The location itself was nice and the lake was beautiful!"
