"The staffs were not on duty most of the time during my stay. When I needed some more toilet paper, tissues or towels, no one could help me. Even I checked out at around 11:30 am, I just dropped my key to their mailbox as no one was on duty."

"設備の充実さ、清潔さ含めて全体的に満足度は高かったですが、以下の点が残念でした。
・メインベッドルームのエアコンが電源をいれても運転せず、暑さもあり非常に寝苦しかった。
・フリーフローの泡盛のうち1本が開封済みで半分以下の残量でした。
・7名で利用したが、アメニティが6名分しかなく、残念でした。
・サウナ横の水風呂に設置の冷凍庫内にある保冷剤が冷凍庫内で結露水が凍っている状態で半分以上取り出せなかった。"

"We loved our time at Cago Guest House. My husband and I stayed for two nights and wish we stayed longer. Taketomi is a beautiful, quiet island and Cago is the perfect place to stay and enjoy it. The owners, a husband and wife, are lovely. We opted for the dinner both nights (breakfast was included) and all the food was fantastic. Highly recommend this place!"

Nous avons eu un accident avec notre auto de location et comme nous ne parlions pas japonais, cetait tres difficile. お願いしたシュノーケリングの拠点も徒歩1分！水着のままパタパタと戻ってきて、プールやシャワーを使うことができました。

"お部屋は掃除が行き届いており、とても清潔でした。家族4人(小学生2人含む)で泊まったのですがロフト付きで子どもが大喜びでした。
朝夜共に虫や鳥などの鳴き声が聞こえるのも自然豊かな所を探していた私達にはピッタリでした！
夜はBBQをしたのですが事前にボリュームあると聞いてたので2人前しか注文しなかったのですが本当に食べ応えあっで追加しなくても充分4人でお腹いっぱい食べました。
星も見れましたし1月ですが蛍も見れました。
連泊しないともったいないです！"

Beautiful ocean view cottage, quiet location, private, with great amenities, including a/c, dehumidifier, kitchen, washing machine, drying (dehumidifier in the bathroom), and others. "My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again! "
