Hotel was very new and well designed. The room is very large with bathroom with park/ocean view. Washing machine and kitchen that has all the necessary items was very helpful for the traveler with little child.

We loved the layout of the Superior Bunk room for a family with teenagers. Pool and sauna areas were a highlight and a beautiful place to relax. The restaurant was a little pricey for Japan, but the food was excellent. If you have a car, I highly recommend this hotel.

The resort is awesome. Staff is friendly. Room is spacious, fresh and the views from the balcony are amazing! Great, that our room had a drying washing machine. Pool area is great with different pools and even a Finnish sauna! Breakfast was enjoyable. The dinner at the restaurant was quite average. Would definitely book this again!

Incredible destination. Everything is so beautiful in the resort and well tought of. We loved the design, the view, the staff, the pools, the batida restaurant and its chef Francois is also really nice and delicious. The breakfast is so worth it, and we loved the happy hours durings weekdays. The spas and saunas were also a big add on (for free) and we were happy the resort accepts tattoos as there are many that don’t. The area around is not as luxurious but very safe and the grocery store is nice to cook a meal in your bedroom if you feel like it. Only thing to upgrade would be there was no equipment to do the dishes so we had to use hand towels. Also if you want to go to a restaurant outside you better reserve before as we were refused because of lack of place. Overall it was on of the most beautiful hotel we went to.

The room is only cleaned once every 3 days otherwise you’re left having to pick up your own rubbish and change your own towels. Although I understand and appreciate this is a serviced apartment complex I found several contradictions: they are apartments however I invited a guest in the afternoon to have tea in the room and was told me and my partner couldn’t invite anyone in the room; there is a reception but other than checking in/out guests nothing can actually be asked to assist with (booking restaurants etc). Me and my partner came to Ishigaki where my partner proposed to me but nothing could be done to assist him in the arranging/booking of local venues. He asked on the day to write something on the bed for our return and the room hadn’t even been done, let alone anything written/decorated in the room. Upon arrival the shower door was dirty and water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. Breakfast was not included in our rate, however not worth the ¥3,500 pp as there was not much option (any coffee which is not Americano are not included). Big shoutout to the lady at the restaurant who served us on our engagement night as she made sure we were taken care of. Our friends stayed at the nearby Intercontinental and ended up paying less for more services.

部屋もすごく広くてキッチン、ドラム式洗濯機もあり非日常のリゾートを楽しみました。１つ気になるところは洗面所の排水が悪く歯を磨く水だけであふれそうでした。台風の時に当たってしまって飛行機が飛ばず緊急の延泊対応（ものすごい高い金額なら延泊出来たのですが）をしてもらえなかったのが残念でした。レストランは対応最高でお料理も美味しかったです(^^)ありがとうございました。

赤ちゃんを連れて宿泊しました。 部屋を含め施設全体に掃除が行き届いており、清潔なタオルもフロントで依頼すれば追加で借りることができて快適に過ごせました。また、早めに予約して赤ちゃん連れであることを伝えたからか、各種備品(ベビーガードやおむつ用ゴミ箱)を十分に準備いただけて心配事が起きることもありませんでした。部屋にはミニキッチンがあり、簡単な料理を作ったり離乳食を準備するのに役立ちました。 プールは深さが3段階に分かれているほか、プールサイドにベッドタイプの休憩スペースもあるため、小さい子供を連れていても安心して泳げます。自分たちを含めお子さんを連れて入られているご家族も多く見られました。 唯一不満とすれば、部屋のバスルームについているシャワーの蛇口が非常に使いにくいことです。滑りやすくひねりにくいので困ることが多々ありました。
