Love everything about this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was amazing, and the room was clean. The location was close to the shopping center, so it took less than 10 minutes to walk there. Would definitely return on our next trip to Ishigaki.

The hotel service was good. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was okay (just okay). I really liked the availability of bicycle rentals. My only real complaints (but impacted my comfort significantly) was absence of a lockbox in my room and the super uncomfortable pillow. On my double wide size bed was a single tiny pillow that was more like a small sandbag than a pillow. It was too hard and small making it very difficult to sleep with. I didn’t sleep well because of it. Do yourself a big favor; bring your own pillow to this hotel!

ホテルはとても清潔で、 またお部屋もグレードアップしていただいて、大変ゆったり、快適に過ごすことができました。 何より、石垣料理をたくさん揃えたビュッフェスタイルの朝ご飯は 品数も豊富で、そのどれもがとっても美味しく料理されていて、毎日食べても全く飽きることなく とても素晴らしい朝ご飯でした。 ロビーには、フリーのお飲み物や泡盛の試飲コーナーもあり楽しませていただきました。 あと何よりロビーのスタッフとっても親切で丁寧でした。

朝食は評判通りの美味しさで大満足でした。〆は紅芋のジェラートでした。是非ご賞味下さい。室内の内装がシックでリラックスして過ごせました。香り豊かなバスソルトも有り難かったです。ターミナルから歩きますが散歩ににちょうど良い距離感です。来年4月の予約の取れましたが、6月はシーズンともあって値段も高くしかも連泊は既に無理の状況でした。人気の高いホテルだなあと宿泊してみて実感しました。リゾート型ホテル敬遠派としてはお手頃で有り難いです。

中心部から、ちょうど良い距離感。

離島ターミナルから、徒歩7−8分。中心部まで、10−15分の位置にあります。夕食時は、タクシーが呼びにくいですが、散歩がてら、ちょうど良い距離感です。 フロントの方もきさくで、色々話ができました。 部屋は広いです。 ダイビング器材の洗い場、ロッカーもあります。

대여할수 있는 물건이 많았고 웰컴음료와 아이스크림이 있어서 아이들이 좋아했어요. 조식이 맛있고 로비에 있는 컴퓨터로 간단한 게임이 가능해서 아이들이 지루해하지않았어요. 리모델링했고 관리도 잘되어있어 객실이 깨끗해요 실내복.실내화로 건물내 자유롭게 다닐수있는점, 외부에 수영복.잠수복건조대가 있어 편했어요 6박동안 밤에 시끄러운 적 없었고 항상 직원이 있어서 여러가지 도움을 받았어요 호텔이 저를 대신해서우편물과 분실문연락도 받아주었고 안에이관광상품을 예약할때도 도움되었어요 호텔에서 이시가키을 알리는 노력(아와모리, 산신공연)덕분에 좋은 기억도 남겠어요 지금도 프론트 남직원 4분 여직원분 얼굴이 기억나네요 여러가지로 정말 감사했습니다

大人3名、子ども2名でトリプルルームに宿泊しました。部屋の大きさは充分でした。 離島ターミナルにも徒歩圏内で、無料のレンタサイクル、アイスキャンディーや飲み物、ウォーターサーバー、海に行く際のタオル等とても便利でありがたかったです。 朝食がとても美味しく充実していて、全てにおいてお値段以上でした

初日駐車場が満車、第二、第三駐車場へ停めて下さいとの案内紙を渡され、第二駐車場も満車、で夜第三駐車場（そこそこ遠い）へ停め、周囲は街灯もほぼなく真っ暗、で帰ったら、ホテルの前や駐車区画外に何台も停っていた、 2〜3分なら停車して良いと言われたのはなんでですか？ 荷物が沢山あったので不便でした。
