"Hotel and staff very nice. Main downtown neighborhood is several miles away and parking is difficult. The hotel’s boardwalk was closed for safety reasons. The adult pool had guest towels on unoccupied chairs. Not enough shade. Kids were having a great time in the family pool. All in all a nice stay for one night in Kelowna."

"By far, this is the best hotel in Vernon! The river running through the atrium is magical! The staff are helpful, polite and attentive. Our service was fantastic! The restaurant in the atrium is lovely, understaffed, but wonderful. The staff work very very hard to make your stay enjoyable. The attached pub is great as well! I will never stay anywhere else when I come to Vernon!"
