"There was a musty smell in most of the hotel, including my room. However, the sound was not bad considering I was across the street from the airport. The staff was lovely. Buffet was average. I had an excellent massage. So, mixed bag but ok for the price considering the proximity to the airport."

"Staff friendly and helpful , breakfast varied and plentiful .Airport shuttle didn't arrive until well after our flight landed so we had to wait over an hour for the next one (if you land after 4pm the next one doesn't come until after 7pm ) .Rooms airy and spacious .This is a busy hotel so even though there are at least 6 elevators for each tower you may have to wait at peak times .Overall cleanliness was excellent ,we only stayed 1 night as travelling through to meet family outside of Manila but would recommend as close to the airport and quiet once inside and beds comfy "

"BREAKFAST IS ALWAYS THE BEST. THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT AND VERY HELPFUL. I HAVE BEEN STAYING AT THE HERITAGE FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS NOW. "The property is fairly new, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Close to great shopping and food places in BGC. It is in a busy intersection and traffic jams are common during busy hours. The a/c is window type, which can be noisy to operate. "
