"We had a nice spacious room with two queen beds and a separate living area with a study desk. The air conditioner was a bit loud but a cold front came through, so we didn’t need it."

"The location was exactly what we needed. If you need to walk anywhere on The Ohio State campus, this is the place to stay. Our room was clean, well furnished, and as quiet as to be expected. Parking was a little tough because of game week, but our host was great at offering parking options which we really appreciated. Tom was super responsive to all of my questions, which was also very much appreciated. Took all of my stress away."

"Great stay for a football weekend. Very fun decor and plenty of sleeping areas for our group. We enjoyed a beautiful evening on the patio when we arrived. On Saturday, we had a 15 minute walk to the stadium.. it was great not to worry about driving/parking on a busy day. Sam was very helpful throughout, especially when we had a bit of trouble getting the TV working. The house is full of conversation pieces and a lot of fun to stay in. We'll definitely be back!"
