"Stayed in a royal suite. Although the decor could use a little upgrade, it was clean and comfortable, and the garden tub jacuzzi with separate shower was wonderful. The only issue I had with the room is that the view outside the window was awful—a rooftop with pipes and vents. (No wonder the drapes were closed when we first arrived)! I feel there should have been some indication that there would be such a bad view when I was booking the room. It wasn’t the least expensive room out there. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. It was in an excellent location, and the staff were all very nice. Delicious breakfast at the restaurant downstairs, Criollo. Really enjoyed the live music. We also really liked the Carousel Bar—delicious apps and drinks!"

"We were a bit nervous about this property since there was no front desk person! Turned out to be a very clean suite. The suites are small, but have everything you need, including makeup remover wipes & black washcloths. We like that it was gated to get in w/a code!"

"Breakfast was not stocked 2 times I went. Also didn’t have enough towels in the bathroom. Asked 3 times for towels and never received them. Also booked for 5 people and didn’t have room for 5 people. 2 full beds that was it!! I want my money back"

"Need to request room service. Fridge never worked and despite bringing it up to management, unsure of it was checked up on — smelt foul. Certainly not a 3 or 4 star hotel. "

"It is a noisy location with muted music well into the night, but that is due to the location itself. Room was large, clean and staff was friendly. Elevators did stop working once but seemed to be quickly fixed. Water station doesn't offer just plain water - so we didn't use it. Was just okay - we didn't have the problems some others have reported. "
