This hotel was located very conveniently for us, close to NOLA International airport and west of the city for ease in driving I 10 to San Antonio. The price was good, reviews were good. As one person stated Breakfast is a step above most other hotels. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable. Everything in the room worked well. We could hear people talking in the next room and in the hallway. There was no USB connection in the room but one of us had an outlet connection to charge phones. We would stay here again, easy access and convenient.

We checked with the front desk for towel change. They said it is every other day. We stayed there for three days, and they did not change the towels. Breakfast is good. Clean and tidy. The location is excellent and safe.

The staff was very nice. My room smelled like a dog but it was clean. The remote didn’t work and the phone in the room didn’t work. Otherwise it was fine for a one night stay. Rather pricey considering.
