"We always love staying in Pelican’s watch. This was our first stay at this unit. The host did an amazing job at responding promptly to an issue that we had with the TV. They went above and beyond by replacing it. The views were amazing. The corner unit is awesome because you get to enjoy more of the view. We saw deer daily. My son loved the oversized cushioned window seat. He actually used it as a bed. We will be back. "

"What a great spot! This villa is clean, well maintained, with a great television. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay and there was a large dining table for enjoying the wonderful meals we prepared. We played golf four days in a row at the Seabrook Island Club which offers two excellent courses. The service at the club is top notch and could not be any friendlier. "We really had everything we needed at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed for a few simple meals. Tv was an issue upon arrival but once we figured that the hdmi was hooked up wrong we were fine. My only complaint would be that there was no property information aside from the list of rules with the associated fines for breaking said rules. I would have appreciated a map of the property. Many places we’ve stayed also have information...

"Wasn’t a fan of the beach area because the water recedes so bad during low tide but the room was so comfy, the beds were incredible and the room was clean. "

"No hot water the whole week we were there. No one fixed it and we were not moved to a different until. Floors were filthy and not all bedding was cleaned before our arrival. They do not provide more then 1 roll on Toilet paper, paper towels and 1 garbage bag for each can. And there was nothing in desperation stating we needed to provide these things. Had to drive 7 miles out of the way to pick up keys to even get in. Management didn’t can about our problems!"

"We loved our stay in this villa. Beautifully renovated, super clean, just wonderful. The rental company was also very thoughtful and left a welcome bag with lots of convenience items like dish soap and laundry pods—loved it! Highly recommend. We stayed with our 2 children and they enjoyed endless exploration on the sound at low tide. Tons of birds, crabs, large hermit crabs, etc…beautiful location with lots of nature. We even found a few sharks teeth! "
