Great family spot run by exceptionally kind folks

Our family of 4 stayed at Club Ocean Villas II for a week in late July. We had a family emergency that required a last minute shift in itinerary, and the staff was so accommodating and also very compassionate. They worked around our circumstances while still ensuring we were well taken care of. We were in a second floor unit overlooking the canal, and it was so nice to enjoy coffee on the balcony each morning and watch the birds fish off the dock. Our teens had a great time too... it was the perfect location for them to be able to have some freedom to explore OC and hit the beach "unsupervised" but to also have the safety and comforts of home within a short walking distance. We will be back!

2nd floor apartment, clean and very cold upon arrival. It was too cold that the central air vents were condensating too much. The apartment is 1 block away from the beach ⛱️. Very close to CVS, Wawa, and Food Lion supermarket. Also, Starbucks, Mcdonald, and other restaurants. Basic amenities provided in the unit and in kitchen. Towels provided needed another washing. Washer and dryer provided in the unit. Outside deck with chairs and umbrella provided to sit outside. Living Room furniture is adequate but needs a steam cleaning. TVs in all the rooms functional. The plants at the entrance need to be trimmed it's an annoyance.

Solid 7/10. Lots of little things.

This is our second stay at Club Villas 2 and we had an overall very nice time. It seems that they may be working through some repairs/still de-winterizing units/making it through with limited staff. The staff was very helpful. The heater for the indoor pool was broken, which was the main reason we chose to stay here, so call before you reserve. We were given our first unit on arrival and could not flush the toilets, a panel was separated from the bathtub, and a mirror closet door was off the track (a safety hazard for our 2 year old). We had assistance almost immediately, and while most issues were small fixes, they offered us a room change and we accepted. The next unit they gave us was exactly the same, but on the ground floor which was very helpful. The unit was well appointed and very comfortable. We had another issue with a toilet and had to call the after hours number, and someone came to help in about an hour, which was great. The beds in both units were very high, so be aware if you have mobility issues (we do not). The jets in the tub were not working properly, they were so strong that they sprayed the opposite wall of the bathroom. Lastly, we noticed the first night that we were picking up a lot of pet hair on our socks (we did not bring any pets). There was also one armchair with visible pet hair. It bothered us minimally, but could be an issue for people with allergies. Overall, our stay was very comfortable, but a lot of little things to be fixed.

Property was in a great location. Check in and check out was easy. Having a hot tub and deck with table and chairs was nice. Unit was clean with an exception of the floors. I can understand it being a little sandy because of being at the beach, but there were tortilla chips in several areas of the floor.

Their were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the brochure says housekeeping in room service, but there isn’t any once you use the supplies that’s it. You have to go buy your own! other than that my family and I Enjoyed our visit…

Did not like the outdated furniture, small televisions and the hot tub wasn’t sanitized until the next day. Notified office told them hot tub cover was not on and they said they were waiting for a new cover to come in. Pools don’t open until 10 There were ants on the counter tops and the first night we were locked out . Staff said they had us listed as checked out . We did get new cards immediately. We have stayed in the condos for over 30 years Disappointed especially for paying g what we paid

This was a great spot. The decor was more updated than the pictures provided. Only issue was finding where to check in. The office was not on the map. The office is by the indoor pool, which is on the map.

Room was very dated and dirty. Stains on carpet, cracks in flooring, dusty and mold on registers. Bathrooms were also dirty with stains on shower curtains. Coffee pot was unusable due to being dirty and stained. Mattress pad had blood stains on it.

I loved this property. Very conveniently located and far enough from the bustle of the boardwalk to stay quiet. Unit was nice and loved the hot tub and spa bathtub. Pools were not a far walk from our unit. I have trouble walking and they accommodated that with a lower unit.

Very nice place to stay. Pros: each rental has their own hot tub. Rental was roomy and Clean. Pillows were very comfortable. Walking distance to Dunkin, Wawa and Food Lion. Indoor and outdoor pool. Cons: mattress was extremely hard. Some of the jets in the hot tub didnt work. Outdated furniture. Overall a very nice stay

Muestran fotos falsas ! No está el agua detrás del apartamento como se muestra en las fotos, los baños no bien limpios… avise en mensaje y llamando que solo estaba 2!!!! Minutos tarde ni uno más ! Solo 2 minutos y no fueron capaz de esperar para darme las llaves por lo tanto tuve que perder esa noche e irme a rentar por esa noche otro hotel, dinero del cual no pensaba en gastar! Además un depósito de $100 que se devuelve supuestamente al momento de salir y aún espero que entre en mi cuenta!! Personas con mala voluntad! Nunca volveré a este establecimiento!!! No recomendable!!

The property was perfect for a family of 4! It was clean, functional, and spacious for 4 adults. It was stocked with the necessities and then some! If using the pullout sofa, make sure you bring additional bedding. Would stay a million more times!
