"I completed my reservation, and I was charged the full rate for a sea-view balcony suite. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that all suites were fully booked for the first night and that they could not provide me with one; furthermore, the room they assigned me did not even have a sea view. They promised to switch my room on the second day. On the second day, they did indeed move me, but they assigned me a small, inferior room that was not a suite. We accepted this arrangement and spent the second night there as well. On the third night, while lying in bed, my entire body began to itch. I discovered that there were bugs in the bed—which I documented with photos—went downstairs to show the evidence to the hotel management, and immediately checked out of the hotel. I was explicitly told that my entire payment would be refunded; yet, despite the hotel's unsanitary conditions and the assurance that my money would be returned in full, I received a refund for only a single night."

"We return here often! The location is in a quieter part of town, only one block from the beach, with fast and easy check-in and out. The restaurant and bar are a wonderful convenience, especially when we check in late on Friday night and want to unwind with a drink and a delicious snack. And the view is great! The room is always clean, spacious and pleasant. The breakfast is a tasty extra, and the indoor pool is really nice for year round swimming."

"We have been staying at this hotel twice a year for the pass few years. Clean and big rooms, friendly staff and right on the boardwalk. Ocean view rooms with balconies. "

"Beautiful private views. We love how quiet it is when youre in your room. You dont really hear any of the other guests and thats a huge plus for unwinding/sleeping. We did have an issue with "white ants" that I was not too happy with. They did offer to switch our room to a lower level or have housekeeping come and spray raid. My husband researched them as we have never seen or heard of "white ants" but apparently they like warm coastal areas. They seemed harmless so we went with the raid, but it just did't sit well with me. You dont expect to be freaked out by these tiny little things scurrying all over the kitchen counter/stove/coffee pot when you turn the lights on. I took videos and immediately showed the manager. He said they were "white ants" and apologized. I would just expect more from a nice hotel. Its very frustrating. "
