Feel as though you’re on top of the world on the 74th floor of Etihad Tower 2. The Observation Deck at 300 is the highest viewing spot in Abu Dhabi. It’s 300 metres (1,000 feet) above street level. Savour panoramic views of one of the world’s most dramatic cities. Catch a glimpse of the Persian Gulf through the gaps between the skyscrapers that surround the tower. Stay a while and enjoy the luxurious offerings of the lounge on the deck. Enjoy a light snack and a cold drink or sit down for a luxurious high tea.
Before you even see the panoramic city views, stop to take in the lavish interior of the venue’s lounge. People live, work, dine, shop and stay at the modern Etihad Towers. The lounge is a five-star service operated by the Jumeirah luxury hotel chain and is a fine example of the famous Emirati hospitality and opulence.
There are a range of snacks and drinks on the menu. You can also choose to stay for longer and enjoy a high tea. Try sweet and savoury snacks washed down with tea, juice and sparkling wine. Don’t miss the lounge’s signature mocktail, the refreshing Etihad Sparkler, which is made with peach, apple and elderflower.
Feel free to roam around the deck and discover the different areas of Abu Dhabi from above. Or, admire the view from the comfort of your own chair. Make sure to bring a camera with you to capture photographs of the city from the highest point in town.
Observation Deck at 300 is open every day. The deck is part of the Etihad Towers complex, which is located in central Abu Dhabi and can easily be reached by bus or car. A fee is required for entry and valet parking costs extra. The dress code for the deck is business casual, so make sure to dress up for the occasion. Lounge staff have been know to turn visitors away if they’re not dressed appropriately.
