"Top-notch customer service from check-in to breakfast! Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely friendly and made sure all our needs were met. The 5:30 kickback was a great bonus, and breakfast was well run and welcoming. We were in town for a volleyball tournament, and the staff went above and beyond even asking how our games went, cheering us on, and making us feel truly supported. That personal touch made a big difference. Overall, an excellent stay with an outstanding team. Definitely recommend staying here!"

"This is a very trendy hotel. The main floor lobby area is amazing! You need to see the pictures on their website. We had a beautiful corner room on the 7th floor with great views of downtown. Our only problem was that the toilet was broken and they were slow to address the issue. After an hour’s hassle, we were moved to another corner room. Dinner and drinks were delicious on the 8th floor. And breakfast in the morning was tasty."
