"We checked in early in the evening. Staff were acceptable but not overly friendly. Safety not taken into account. Key cards given loose with the room number written on it on a sticky note.
Room was tiny… bed was clean. Soap and shampoo were the only amenities in the bathroom.
Breakfast was supposed to be included as per the Expedia listing. Staff argued the fact, I had to show them my email proving this.
Breakfast looked to be plentiful and fresh. I would have been impressed had I been told I...

Our room was spacious and spotless. We were close to public transport and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. We found that there were very limited TV channels in English, which is surprising considering the amount of international visitors to Europe.
