The house rests in the mountain village Steibis and has four apartments. The 80sqm (900sqft) apartment Allgäutraum occupies the second floor. Its cosy interior and bright rooms create a pleasant atmosphere for unforgettable vacation time. A large balcony surrounds the family room with spectacular mountain and golf course views. Two bedrooms and a large family/dining room provide ample space for gathering and privacy at the same time. Several restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
OBERSTAUFEN PLUS CARDs are available for each guest and allow the use of mountain cabins (=ski pass during winter season), waterpark, buses, electric bikes and much more at NO COST due to our partnership in the Oberstaufen Plus program. Check out the details of the program at their website oberstaufen.de/plus.
The Imberg mountain cabin is in walking distance and takes you right into the Steibis Ski Arena. During summertime its a perfect starting point into a hiking paradise with several trails and mountain „Hütten“ for scenic breaks and harty meals. Also many options for biking nearby.
Another highlight is the cabin going up to the Hochgrat at the end of the valley. A must see in summer and winter seasons with spectacular views. The restaurant on the mountain top offers a spectacular lookout into the Alps - not to miss!

The balcony with it's scenic view at Hochgrat and Imberg is an ideal retreat to enjoy a glass of whatever to end the day in a private setting. Kids love the waterpark in Oberstaufen year round and all the other fun attractions nearby which can be used FREE of charge by using the Oberstaufen Plus cards.
Golfers will be thrilled with 18 holes right in front of the balcony.

Apartment is very cozy with warm interior. Very clean and lots of space. Restaurants and shops close by. Got fresh milk and cheese from the local cheesemaker – don’t miss it!! Prices are reasonable. Good cellular reception (2-3 bars) on iPads and phones, enough tostay in touch. We would love to come back soon! Kelly-Columbus, OH.

Wir haben uns sehr spontan für ein paar Tage Schnee entschieden und wurden sehr positiv überrascht. Eine geräumige Wohnung, in der die Kinder auch am Regen-Vormittag mit dem Entdecken der Spiele, Bücher und Kassetten in der Wihnung Spaß hatten und wir unsere Spiele nicht gebraucht haben. Für uns war die Abgelegenheit toll, für einen längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir uns vermutlich die Nähe zu mehr Restaurants gewünscht - ansonsten: wirklich toll dort.

Toller Ausgangspunkt für Wandertouren, schöne Ausstattung, Balkon mit Bergblick, sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Agentur (liebe Grüße an Fr. Buchen). Oberstaufen plus ist klasse, theoretisch könnte man jeden Tag 4 Stunden in die großartige Therme. Erst wandern, dann Sauna - herrlich! Der Dorfladen und die Käserei sind klasse!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Insbesondere die Leistungen der Oberstaufen Plus Karte rechtfertigen den Preis. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die Nähe zum Golfplatz, zu Wandern und zur Dorfbäckerei sind top.

Unser Aufenthalt im Allgäu war sehr angenehm aber etwas zu kurz. Die Fewo hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Sie ist sehr gepflegt und der Ausblick auf die Bergwelt ist sehr schön.

Die Wohnung ist toll und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Agentur war super und hat sich um alles gekümmert !! Ein wenig Abzug aufgrund der Sauberkeit der Fußböden und einer Toilette. Ansonsten uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen :)

Wir sind kurzentschlossen im Februar 2022 nach Steibis in den Winterurlaub gefahren. Die gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Wohnung liegt nicht weit von der Imbergbahn und der Skiarena Steibis. Diese ist zu Fuß zu erreichen oder mit dem Auto in 2 Minuten. Besonders gut hat uns die Sache mit der Oberstaufen Plus KArte gefallen.So brauchten wir uns gar nicht an der Kasse des Skiliftes anstellen und konnten auch viele der anderen Inklusivleistungen nutzen, wie zum Beispiel das Aquaria in Oberstaufen, als das Wetter nicht zum Skifahren geeignet war. Wer mit Kindern reist, wird begeistert sein, von der großen Auswahl an Spielen, Büchern und Hörspielen in der Wohnung. Da ist für jede Altersklasse was dabei. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Betten sind sehr bequem. Ringsum gibt es jede Menge Wanderwege und einen Golfplatz direkt nebendran. Nur die Sauberkeit der Wohnung entsprach leider nicht unseren Vorstellungen und sollte verbessert werden.

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen und war passend für drei Erwachsene. Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich lieblos, keine Kaffeebecher (haben wir dazugekauft), kaum kleine Löffel, keine Hinweise auf örtliche Infrastruktur, stattdessen überall sehr ernsthafte Hinweise auf wohlgefälliges Verhalten. Bettwäsche und Handtücher fehlten, haben wir uns abends von einem sehr freundlichen Hotelier geliehen. Wlan sollte zwei Tage nach unserer Abreise angeschlossen werden. Vermieter nicht erreichbar.

Sehr gute Lage, nur 1 km von der Talstation entfernt. Nur ein Ski Keller hat uns gefehlt, aber wenigstens ist ein Trockner da. Sonst hat die Wohnung alles was man braucht.

Folgende Mängel sind mir aufgefallen. Die Dusche hat einen zu schmalen Zugang. Duschtür Der Wasserdruck ist sehr schwach Es fehlt an Liegenstühlen für den Balkon

Eine schöne Wohnung, sehr gut gelegen , sehr geräumig. Leider sind nur sehr wenige Gläser vorhanden. Kein Internet (Wlan) UND so gut wie kein Netz! Scheck In schwierig, da es nirgends darauf hingewiesen ist, dass man sich an einer Agentur wenden soll. Auch die Kontaktdaten der Agentur wurden nicht mitgeteilt.!! Ansonstens Spitze

Erg genoten van het moderne appartement met groot balkon v.z.v. zon- en schaduwzijde. Van alle gemakken voorzien inclusief goede bank, prima keuken en veel ruimte. 1 Slk. met breed bed, 1 slk. met extra lang bed. Alles spic en span, zelfs de wasruimte in de kelder. Klantvriendelijkheid: een 10!

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung. Wer den Kaminofen nutzen möchte sollte an Holz und Streichhölzer denken 😀. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
