"the quality of the hotel is fantastic. the food is excellent. the rooms have a magnificent view. the gym is incredible and the tranquility of the place too! there is a small discotheque in the evening with good music and a bar, very clever because the hotel is quite isolated. in short we really appreciated the place and all the staff very kind and welcoming! we will definitely come back!!"

"Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig außerhalb des Ortes. Im letzten Jahr sind zwei neue Außen-Pools hinzugekommen. Außerdem kam am Naturteich das Haus am See mit Saunen und einem kleinen Servicebereich hinzu, wo man am Nachmittag Kleinigkeiten essen kann. Die finnische Sauna hätte etwas größer sein können, da sie im Gegensatz zu Dampfbad, Kräuterstube und Infrarotkabine natürlich am meisten genutzt wird. "Hotel, room, and restaurants were great. The spa was disappointing. We booked two deep tissue massages for my wife and I, which were specifically confirmed as such prior to booking them. The massages were superficial and could be considered a relaxation massage at best. We both asked the masseuse to apply more pressure, but they must have not been very experienced because they did were not receptive. When a hotel advertises specific types of services, they should be able to deliver and this...

"The automated check in is fine and the building / rooms are new and well appointed but it doesn’t count for much when there’s a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I spent all evening with the windows open just to sleep and as there is nobody on site, there’s no way of moving rooms or getting it seen to."
