"This house was great for my family and I to stay while visiting Nuremberg. Communication was clear and fast with a reply. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space to spread out and have a good time. The garden area and upper balcony were bonuses and nice to sit out with a coffee or beer to enjoy the day. "Great location, but disappointing service. The hotel is in an excellent location, which was the best part of our stay. However, the staff were not welcoming or friendly. There was no daily housekeeping, and the cleaning service was charged separately at almost a quarter of the room rate, which is unreasonable. Because of this, the room was not as clean as it should have been. Overall, the location was great, but the lack of hospitality and cleanliness made the experience disappointing."
