The staff were all so nice. Our room was very clean and spacious. We were treated with respect. We did not eat there but did enjoy happy hour from 5-7. The location was walking distance from the train station and to the Christmas market.

Parking was not that great. You had to park at city center parking and walk. The breakfast was pretty good. The room is very small but comfortable. And there was great restaurants and walking distance

The stay is what I would have expected from Premier Inn. Room clean, breakfast excellent! There was a particularly unpleasant smell coming from the air con on a couple of occasions in two rooms to our knowledge. The TV also did not work properly. Reported but not fixed.

From booking into the hotel until leaving the facility i was very impressed with the staff and the property itself. The hotel is only 3 years old. The room has a large bathroom with a lovely shower, the room was exceptionally quiet and of course this enable a good nights sleep whilst being situated in the heart of a busy city.

Good but some annoyances

Friendly check in staff. Unfortunately there were no more parking spaces available on site, it is very limited, so we had to go in a multi storey around the corner and not so easy to quickly hold the car outside the hotel. Therefore it was painful to check in with tired kids and luggage. Rooms were super clean, renovated and comfortable. However rooms are not soundproof and our front door rattled throughout the night, possibly by other guests opening/ closing their doors or I don’t know. Plus noise from the busy road. We had a terrible night sleep unfortunately. If the hotel looks into these things then the room itself could get a 5 star rating.
