"Really nice hotel very clean and tidy, the staff are fantastic, they were very polite and kind and very helpful. "The hotel’s facilities were great, and the breakfast was also very good. The staff were truly kind and helpful. I would love to come back again. One thing I don’t quite understand is that there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway. The room itself was fine, and since the window could be opened, I was able to ventilate it and it was okay. I hope the hotel enforces stricter rules against guests who break the rules and smoke in their rooms. I really recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again. The price is very reasonable, and the quality of the facilities is excellent for the cost. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised that they even had a public bath."

"We had electrical issues and the staff was extremely helpful. They made sure we were accommodated and gave us extension cords. The hotel is located right next to a train station that takes you in to Central Tokyo in about 30-40 minutes. It is also beside a FamilyMart convenience store and a grocery store and a great 24hr restaurant."
