"We arrived earlier than the 14.00 hours booking in time. I politely asked if it was possible to take the room earlier. If it had not been possible I would have accepted the decision. The key was handed over and I paid. The lady in question did not present a welcoming demeanour that I have seen in the other properties I have stayed in. Points of issue with Room 18: 1. Heater in bathroom does not work 2. Shower head leaks 3. Sink needs attention due to not emptying quick enough "

"From the start to finish of our 3 nights stay, in one of the treehouses, the whole experience was exceptional in our travels around NZ over the last month.
