"Lovely location and good views from a balcony room. Okay facilities (no toaster was disappointing), comfortable bed, good shower/bathroom. Only staying one night didn’t give us enough time for lots of detail but certainly seems like a good place to stay 🙂"

"Wonderful property in a great location, at the rear of two units thus quiet and private, with plenty of parking space. Best of all was the safe secure large yard for dogs with ample room to play ball. Our older dog loved sitting out on the lush grass when the morning winter sun rose up. There is a doggie door for really small dogs. All features and services as listed. It was appreciated and welcomed that pots, pans and the new stove/oven were all of great quality allowing you to cook a complete family meal. Very spacious open plan living area (easy to keep clean), 3 good size bed rooms (fyi: main beds are quite high of the ground), a functional bathroom, separate toilet. Clean and tidy throughout, crispy white linen, homely and relaxing. You can see that our/your hosts make sure it is a home away from home for you and your doggies. Thank you.If available we will definately be booking in again on our next trip to visit family in the Bay."

"Beautiful granny flat with a beautiful host!! We literally parked the car and didn’t use it again until we left. The beach, hiking trails and cafe are all literally around the corner. Next time we will bring the fishing rods, paddle board and boogie boards as well as the bikes. Highly recommended!!"
"The house was fantastic for our family catch-up. Plenty of room for everyone and different spaces to be in if needed. The beach across the road was so handy and the views were fabulous. "We had a lovely time at Long Beach. Swimming nearby and great bush walking too. Only 10 mins to Batemans Bay shops. Lots of space for our family of 6 with grown up children. Fantastic balcony with bush views and kangaroos visiting the backyard. Fully equipped kitchen. Furniture a little tired but and no wifi. "
"Directly across from the beach, views are amazing beautiful home. Seemed no one had been there in a while lots of cop webs throughout. Especially downstairs. If wanting to make contact with property manage get mobile number from stays, just text will contact eventually. Doesn’t answer phone or emails.
