The perfect getaway for family & friends! Located 10 minutes from Batemans Bay, approx 2 hours from Canberra and 3hrs 15min from Sydney. An easy 2-3 minute stroll to beautiful Maloneys Beach, ideal for relaxing, swimming, fishing, bike riding or enjoy a nature walk up close with the local neighbourhood kangaroos!

Batemans Bay area is perfect for shopping, cinemas, ice cream, walking or fishing along the pier and has many restaurants & bars, some offering complimentary shuttle services.

The space :
Near new immaculate 4/5 bedroom large home, sleeps 12 comfortably. Master bedroom Includes queen bed with en suite and walk in robe, main bathroom incl full 🛁 bath.

Bedroom two & three both include queen beds and built in robes.

Bedroom four is perfect for the kids! Includes a king single bed plus a double bunk bed (double on bottom with a single on top).

Additional sofa bed is available in the lounge area.

Open plan home features two large indoor living spaces both with lounges and TV, two indoor dining areas both with 8 seater tables and a seamless indoor/outdoor large alfresco area perfect for entertaining and afternoon drinks 🍹 !!

Garage also features a BBQ and another large 8 seater table!

Don’t forget to bring your bikes or scooters, the kids will love getting outdoors and riding on the flat easy roads of Maloneys Beach.

There is plenty of room to park your car, caravan or boat on site and also ample parking on the street out front.

Access to property is easy with self check-in via our secure key safe. Access details will be provided prior to check-in.

Maloneys Beach is a beautiful small community area with friendly locals and is ideal for families. Morning and afternoon walks are perfect where you can get up close and walk alongside our local neighbourhood kangaroos!

Located just a short 10 minute drive from Batemans Bay and a quick 3 minute drive to neighbouring Long Beach, both beaches are perfect for families and ideal for fishing & relaxing! We look forward to welcoming you soon!

Wonderful holiday home

The property was very good and had all that we needed. Clean, well presented and minutes from the beach. Our group of family and friends enjoyed the weekend away. The host was very helpful and answered our queries immediately..

A beautiful spacious house very close to the beach

The house was modern, spacious, and beautiful, just a short walk from Maloney's Beach. The kids enjoyed spotting kangaroos around the property in the evenings. The kitchen was well-stocked, offering more than just the basics, and there were plenty of toys and board games to keep the kids entertained. The garage was stocked with bikes for all ages, as well as fishing equipment. We absolutely loved our stay and are already looking forward to returning.

Beautiful place

Hidden gem

What a great place. Perfect for our family group of 8 adults and two pre schoolers and so close to a brilliant beach. Bonus for our UK family to see kangaroos on the nature strip a few houses down the road. Such a shame we could only stay one night due to our itinerary. Definitely recommend this property. Would love to go back. Thanks for hosting us.

Loved this place

We recently stayed at this appealing holiday house that was nothing short of spectacular. The indoor space was well designed with plenty of room to relax and unwind, offering a perfect balance of comfort and style. The house was just a short walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for morning strolls or sunset views. On occasion, kangaroos would visit the front and back lawns, adding a special touch to the experience. It felt like a true escape into nature while still enjoying modern amenities.One of the highlights was the clear night sky, free from light pollution, providing stunning stargazing opportunities.Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing getaway

Beautiful family holiday home

The renting & checking in process is consice, efficient, with clear, accurate communication. The home was brilliantly clean and organised. The towels, sheets, blankets & household supplies were outstanding and unexpected! We will definitely not rent any other property when visiting the South Coast and highly recommend this property for safe, hygienic, easy, family living with nothing to worry about except enjoying the beach holiday. What a great place in a great location. The house is so spacious and we comfortably travelled with 6 adults and 6 kids 6 or under. The house has everything you need to enjoy a great stay and this is a case of the host under promising and over delivering. Thank you, we had a great time!
