"Fantastic comms with the host from the outset and a lovely place to be based. Perfect to have a fully fenced yard for our dog and to be able to put kayaks in the estuary just metres from the gate. Property is clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. "

"enjoyed our stay, but, several kitchen items and appliances need renewing, including toaster, the knobs on oven almost impossible to see where dot for selection of operation should be, only 3 bath towels for 3 people for 5 nights, one t towel , not enough for 5 nights etc, should have been instruction manual for washer, dryer, and oven. Been in worse places with better supplies."

"Hi,I phoned during our stay about the state of 82 Sandy Bay Farms road. The biggest concern was the smell of the water from the faucets, especially in the showers and baths. The water had a significant sewage smell to it. It lingered on all of us after we've been through a shower or a bath. The exterior of the house was also dirty. "Beautiful house with all amenities, quiet, and views of the forest and the ocean in the distance. Great bathrooms and an excellent shower, very relaxing. We were able to catch up on sleep from our long travel day to New Zealand with the quiet atmosphere and lots of bedrooms."
