The property is close to OAK airport which made it easy to commute. Also supermarketsbwere close by( Safeway, Lucky's and CVS). The property overall is clean. but dated. Check-in wasproblematic as their system was down(the conciege Ammenities are limited. Snacks at the desk are limited & very expensive(small bag of chips $4)so best to buy from nearby supermarkets The room were basic but clean. The bathroom tub was dirty(still had a ring around it when we checked it. There is NO safe in the rooms so take any valuables with you when leaving the room

The room and property was clean. They had a shortage of front desk staff. I was not allowed to sign in online , even though I had prepaid. Lines were long for two staff attendance checking in. One declared computer was down and had to revert me to the other line. This caused a disturbance in the line because the next person in line felt O was cheating and should go to the back of the line, even though I was in line prior to her arrival. Only one person for check out and she was also Manning the telephone. I did not see a menu to checkout online.. t he e inky problem was shortage of staff.

Staff was great all the way around. We especially enjoyed Jose's hospitality in the evening dining room/bar while watching the football game and having drinks. He was so kind, very polite, he smiled a lot which eased the tension from the day; his service was just great which we appreciate very much. Thank you, Jose! We appreciate you :)

Everything is clean, fresh, and looks great at this hotel! I enjoyed my stay here. The staff is friendly and the hotel does a great job to make sure everything is clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you are visiting the other surrounding cities in the Bay Area. Its close to the freeway and has a lot of restaurants nearby to eat at.
