"Clean room, very good breakfast staff are very nice ."

"Pool area wasn’t on good condition, hot tub and pool were green. Room was okay, a bit dingy and dirty, bed was small but comfy. Great location, breakfast was very expensive at Boathouse restaurant but pretty good. Parking almost $50 per night."

"The staff were helpful and kind. The room was clean. I like the location and the local stores, and amenities surrounding the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was delicious. I would recommend this hotel. Only street parking or Valet."

"You have to fight off a few roaches but after that you'll be ok. Also a dolly parten movie in a making the best little H*o house and Texas you'll be able to see in person the working girls. If that's your thing choose this hotel "

"It was not as advertised online. The grounds were unkept, there was trash on the sidewalks entering the building. The check in girl was friendly. There were sketchy looking vehicles and people in the front parking. It was very quickly obvious that it was not somewhere that we wanted to stay. It did not feel safe or clean. Again, falsely advertised. After checking in, we drove away without even entering the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. "
