Additional Appliances Available Upon Request such as Blender, Panini Press, Crockpot, and more.



Studios have new, private, stylish and fun bathroom, high ceiling, big window - breeze & sunlight - hardwood floor. Coffee Tea. Strong wifi.

20 min drive/35 min public trans to SF/2 miles to UC Berkely

Great 'hood. Near Temescal shops and food. EZ street parking. Locked parking option. Pets ok.

This studio is INSIDE a Victorian. The front door opens into a wide, airy staircase with a window.
