"I must say this was a very clean hotel. The ambiance and the soothing smell was very welcoming. Staff are very polite and helpful. I can only comment on breakfast which was consistently, a tasty and large spread of english and indian cuisines. Would definitely recommend."

"My stay at the Hyatt Centric Janakpuri was exceptional from start to finish. It was a long stay and the room allocated was as per my request – high floor, quiet with city and pool views. The staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Thankyou Priyanka (Manager Housekeeping) for checking with me about my room. Check-in & checkout were easily handled by staff members (Shreya and the guy on checkout don’t remember his name). The facilities were first-class from the elegant lobby and relaxing pool area to the well-equipped gym. Breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options. Room should have a pen and notepad. Security team at the entrance was fabulous. Thanks to smiling faces Santosh and Neelu. Everything about my experience felt luxurious yet comfortable. "Generally very good. Could have been more fruit options for breakfast. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. One morning there was a problem with the water in the bathroom which was running brown and the toilet was not flushing but I was told that it was being repaired which happened soon after. Good location "
