"We booked this hotel through Expedia and, due to last minute changes in our travel plans, I contacted Expedia before check-in to request a date change. Expedia tried reaching out to the hotel multiple times, but unfortunately there was no cooperation from the hotel side, which was disappointing. We checked in quite late and only spent a short time at the property. The hotel itself feels a bit dated and has fairly limited amenities for what is expected from a 5-star hotel. The swimming pool was also not operational during our stay. The buffet breakfast was average at best and did not meet the standard compared to other 5-star hotels we have stayed at. The only real positive was the location, which was convenient and easily accessible."

"Hotel is at great location : nice and peaceful. You have everything you need on hotel site: gym, spa, pool and food from nice buffet breakfast with a lot of healthy options to choose from, restaurants for lunch and dinner and bar for night time drinks outside at fresh air."

"Outstanding historical hotel to stay in old Delhi. Attractive, comfortable room. Friendly staff and entertaining experience flying a kite on a rooftop and seeing the racing pigeons. Attentive and helpful staff used.a cart to bring our luggage through the narrow alley to the entrance. I highly recommend the stay for someone's first visit to Old Delhi."
