"The room is dirty. The bathroom was also dirty and smelly. Toilet seat was broken. Property condition is horrible. A disgrace and disgusting. Not fit for human habitation. "
"Overall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry.

We did not like the food at Shang’s - pretty poor (and expensive) version of Chinese food - sooooooo much corn starch in the dishes that we ordered.
