Fine for inexpensive stop close to PVR airport.
This was just a one-night stop after flying in. My room was spartan but clean. The bellhop was great. The restaurant was basic but decent. Left by 6am.

Basics and clean.
The hotel is basic. Clean. Shower felt great. No lamps. No wash cloths. No extra towels. Very little English so polish your Spanish, or use your translate app. Weirdly quiet.

I want a FULL REFUND! I checked into the hotel last night, Nov. 15 and this morning when I woke up, multiple parts of my body were covered in bed bug bites (I have pictures). I need someone to contact me from Expedia to see how I proceed to get a full refund. When I left the hotel this morning at 8, there was only one receptionist, who I showed the bites on my body to, but she couldn't do anything for me! She told me the Manager gets there at 9am, but, I couldn't wait that long.

Gus was a great host. Went to store to pick up beer. Wasnt happy at all with shower-washroom-no phone for guest services-no coffee machine and double bed when we asked for queen and said there was nothing available

This hotel is supposedly close to the airport but it did seem to take quite a while and quite a cost to get there by a taxi. The bed was uncomfortable the pillows were lumpy. There is a large spider web in the bathroom and a bug on the ceiling in the bathroom. When checking in they were trying to charge us 30 pesos a night more than what expedia said our rate should be. After a bit of time I finally got them to look at my confirmation and agree that I should pay with Expedia said it was going to be. The so-called breakfast we passed on as we would like something more substantial for breakfast. It is inexpensive but I'm not sure if I'd want to stay there again

Went to Splash Inn because I was bringing small children. It was great for kids from 12 to 2. The restaurant had less than desirable food for dinner but breakfast was good with fresh fruit, hot foods, and decent coffee. We went to dinner outside of the facility because pizza and hamburgers were not appealing to us. There are a few great restaurants very close. The rooms were basic and clean but what would you expect for the low price. We ended up bringing an extra adult and the staff was very good about accommodating this. Just a phone call and we paid a little extra for the breakfast and water park. It is a good place for little kids. Our 2 year old grandson was actually afraid of the beach so the water park was much needed for a good time for all.

It was a nice hotel, in the garden area. The other side was noisy, next to the highway. I asked for garden view, got it, but had no balcony. If we opened the window, everyone could see us in the room. No privacy! Rooms were large, but no microwave, which would have been helpful. No iron. Had to ask every day for an extra towel, since 2 adults and one child were originally booked for. The waterpark was next to us, so that was the only nice thing about this hotel. Park was clean and enjoyable for my 11 year old daughter. We had free breakfast every day, except when the hotel got busy towards our stay. A huge line formed around 9 am, we don't want to stand in line for hours. So we skipped breakfast. I asked if we could exchange it for dinner, and they're said no, it's only breakfast is free. We will probably not return to this hotel.

Water park closed!! Fatal Hotel under renovation.
We took this hotel for the water park. But the water park is closed due to a Fatal accident at the water slides. So not very pleasant stay. They should advise of this before booking. Plus hotel is under huge renovation . Never again.

The hotel itself is not clean, my sheets had stains on them. Very unsanitary. The outside area where the water park is, was very outdated dirty and unsafe. A child with special needs passed away a on the day we stayed there because the stairs leading up to the water slides broke off. Very scary and sad.
