"This used to be one of the top places along the Gold Coast but it's getting a bit shop-worn now. The elevators were wonky and it seems have been for quite some time, they just haven't bothered to fix them... Overall a great location, nice size rooms, pretty grounds."

"While the rooms are clean and the ocean-view accommodations offer a genuinely pleasant outlook, I strongly advise against purchasing the all-inclusive package. This was, without question, the least “inclusive” all-inclusive resort experience I have encountered. From the moment of arrival, we felt unwelcome and unaccommodated . A simple request for two room keys—one for myself and one for my spouse—was denied under the justification of a “safety issue,” which felt unreasonable and poorly explained.The lack of basic hospitality continued throughout the stay. Our room was stocked with only 2 towels despite a reservation for four guests. When I contacted the front desk to request additional towels, I was questioned about occupancy, even though the booking clearly reflected 4 guests.Dining was another major disappointment. The buffet offerings were consistently mediocre, to the point that we chose to dine off-property on multiple occasions. The reservation system for specialty restaurant was poorly managed—advertised as available between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM, yet fully booked within minutes of opening. We were only able to secure a reservation on our final day. Even more concerning, my children—who were included in the all-inclusive package—were not permitted to order from the specialty menu and were instead directed to the buffet. Overall, the experience felt short of expectations. I will not be returning to this property nor would I recommend it to others. "

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was truly unacceptable. The cleanliness was extremely poor. In the first room, the chair was dirty, there was dust on the floor, and both the bed sheets and towels were unclean. After requesting a room change, the second room was not much better — the towels were still dirty, there were oil stains on the bed sheets, and even greasy handprints on the bathroom door. Housekeeping standards here are simply terrible. Room service was incredibly slow — it took forever. I requested towels at 3 PM, and by 10 PM they still had not been delivered. The food was also awful. Honestly, it was the worst hotel restaurant I have ever experienced. Service from the staff was very disappointing. At check-in, the front desk told me I could check out at 1 PM. However, on the day of departure, they suddenly said I had to check out at 12 PM, and the attitude was extremely poor. This Hyatt property was a very bad experience overall, definitely not worth the money. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. Almost anywhere else would be better than this place. Save your money and avoid this hotel!!! "

"They were super accommodating! Every one is friendly and kind. Family oriented and Alma and Ferman were above and beyond we wanted. I needed hot water for my herbal tea treatment late at night and they got it.5 star all the way."
