Excellent!!
Lovely modern hotel. Really excellent std of room, super clean. My only small issue was the lighting could do with being a bit lighter for working on a laptop at the desk.

Wonderful friendly staff. Very comfortable hotel. Beautiful view. Only downside was no place to hang towels.

The staff both at the reception when we checked in, the restaurant and at breakfast were exceptional! They were professional, approachable and attentive. The food both at the restaurant and at breakfast was delicious! Definitely a repeat stay in the future! Emmanuel and the female waitress were superb!

Excellent hotel, very modern & clean
Zero complaints and only praise for this hotel-- fantastic morning breakfast with wide variety of food, even some gluten free options. Room seemed brand new in its furnishings, very comfortable bed and linens. Quiet as well.

The staff was great. I had my 7 pound dog with me. No charge for him staying. Room was comfortable, Breakfast was excellent. View is beautiful.

Fabulous Hotel
Le Nove Hotel is a fantastic hotel with an excellently trained staff who and tastefully designed modern rooms. The location is a great one to allow people who stay here to explore Nove, the castles of Marostica, and the architecturally delightful town of Bassano del Grappo.

clean, nice service, awesome breakfast
we've enjoyed our trip very much. we stayed for two nights and after spending some time in verona, enjoyed the size of the hotel room and the comfort of a nice hotel chain. Location was great, 10 min to downtown Bessano del Grappa. We had a nice view from our room over the mountain area and the neighborhood was quite. Service was great, the ladies are managing the place very well and we've enjoyed the large breakfast buffet after a night out.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit Top-Service, grosszügigem Zimmer mit viel Ruhe und angenehmem Klima. Modern eingerichtet, sauber. Frühstück individuell zusammen stellbar und reichhaltig. Für die Location braucht's zwingend ein Auto, welches aber auch in der Einstellhalle abgestellt werden kann (kostenlos).

Seppur tutto eccellente ho avuto un piccolo inconveniente per il pagamento del soggiorno di un piccolo cane a seguito , in quanto mi è stato richiesta una somma non riportata sul sito Expedia in fase di prenotazione. Sul sito infatti era specificato solo animali domestici ammessi e , come mi è stato precisato alla reception , bisognava vedere il regolamento dell'hotel che in , comunque non specifica somme ma solo l'eventuale pagamento di un supplemento . Il tutto si è risolto per il buon comportamento della Sig,ina Claudia responsabile della reception. Suggerisco comunque maggior chiarezza sul sito al fine di evitare spiacevoli discussioni.

Le impostazioni dei servizi descritti purtroppo non dipendono da noi, e la tariffa indicata effettivamente è visibile solo all' interno della sezione REGOLAMENTI e non nell' home page dove sarebbe più immediato l' esposizione del supplemento. Sarà mia premura provvedere a chiarire direttamente con Expedia e prevedere di modificare l' impostazione. Alles gut. Preis/Leistung passt. Frühstück perfekt. Habe da nur kleine Kritikpunkte: trotz Aushalten der Klimaanlage/Heizung war immer noch ein leises Surren zu hören, da das Gebläse weiterlief, Zimmer zu warm (schade so Energie zu verschwenden).
