Cool carport parking. Nice staff. Close to things and quiet. It was a decent place to stay for my work trip. Bed was firm and I prefer softer. Not a pillow top soft bed. Large king size bed tho.

This place was dirty. The wall paper is peeling off the walls. The wood in the bathroom is water logged. The cabinets are dirty. No one answered the phone in the office. No Wi-Fi password. I didn’t even stay for the breakfast because of how gross the room was. There is no way I would ever stay here again.

Music was ear piercingly loud at the front office & stuff wasn't very friendly. The parking & layout was nice however. If you happen to snag a room in the back row then you get a second story room with some privacy & a assigned covered car port right next to the stairs to your room.

Room was old and slightly dilapidated. Bed felt like it was a boxspring rather than a mattress. You could not sit on sides of the bed because it felt boxed. I was so tired from my trip. I just fell asleep thank goodness. did get a good price for the room. I guess the old adage, he get what you pay for true here.

First off, the property is tucked alongside the freeway and then located at the end of a road. I use to live in the area from the 70's - 90's, and the locations appearance has not changed. The property is OLD, so know that first and foremost. The grounds interior roads needs to be repaved. Litter on grounds areas. Very small refrigerator, with no shelves. Our rooms floor was dirty and sticky. It also had a make-shift patch in a few areas. The bed frame did not fit the mattress, a ankle Hazzard, especially at 4 am when you have to use the restroom. The staff was very helpful. The free continental breakfast was nice. The fire pits are nice. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. There is only one washer and dryer for use. The price for a stay range from $80-$110.00 per night. We also stayed across the street at the Marriott, the night before and you SEE the difference in what you pay for ($175.00) per night. With all that said, I'd probably stay here again, for the cost and proximity for our destinations, just DON'T get EXCITED by the pictures, they'll fool you.

The milk in the breakfast tastes sour! The breakfast is very plain and few items to choose and few quantity for each items.

The front desk manager was really unfriendly and acted as if he was doing us a favor. The room offers absolutely nothing extra (soaps, shampoo, etc., as cheap as they come and not enough for two people for a two night stay.) the tub faucet was coming off the wall, the shower curtain was cloth with no liner so the floor got wet when you took a shower and the tv remote was from the 80s with zero channels available. And the pillows! Omg! The pillows felt like balls of rolled up socks in a pillow case! Worst I’ve ever slept on…lol! Wow! t's a place to stay in the midst of a desperate search of not being able to find anything else.

Marinwood Inn all the way!
Our fourth time staying here at Marinwood Inn and Suites, and we love it as much as ever. It is and will be our go-to when we visit family in the area and we recommend it to everyone who asks where to stay in the north Bay Area We love the executive suites, they are roomy and have a full kitchen. Be sure to bring your own cooking and serving utencils.

The owner was sleeping on the couch in the lobby upon my arrival. He asked for my credit card and said I need to pay a $5 booking charge. I told him if there was an additional booking charge that Expedia would have collected it. The room was a total dump; gross carpets, mildew in bathroom. The beds were fine.

Never ever.
It was clean enoughn eventhough there was long hair in the shower and a previous fuess left his shirt in the closet. I could handle that, but what made me decided to never go back is the way the owners treated me. Very rude even after i tried to respectfully voice my opinion. I even called to do so and he hung up on me... twice. I pray no one ever has an issue with them because you will be denied the proper service.
