Our check in was at 3:00pm. We were told by the front desk that our room wasn't ready so we left for a bit and came back, it still wasn't ready. This was over 2 hours before we could get into our room and of course still needed to pay full price.

Front staff was new so he was inexperienced and flustered, but nice enough. Room was nicely redone but saw some pieces of glass on the ground in the bathroom which could have injured my kids. Lots of noise can be heard between the paper thin walls. Neighbors loud and belligerent until 2am when I finally called the front to shut it down. Loved and enjoyed the beautiful scenery/setting of the property. Overall , can’t complain due to reasonable pricing. Breakfast wasn’t so bad. Jacuzzi was nice and hot.

Convenient location. Decent room and fair price for Marin Breakfast is an after thought, a few pieces of fruit and some rools/ muffins. No Decaf coffee.....!!

We normally stay here before heading into SF…. The rooms are clean, spacious and parking is next to each room. They offer a continental breakfast in the AM but not on par with a best western. The coffee is seriously watered down. But the nightly rack rate makes up for it.

Staff not very friendly or enthusiastic. Didn’t feel appreciated at all as a customer. People checking in at all hours and talking loud, singing and slamming doors. First room I was in the fridge didn’t work and the smell was bad. Rooms not well-maintained and badly in need of an upgrade.

I had a hard day, long drive, and upon arrival the staff were friendly and said the hot tub was still open. They gave me a warm cookie which was so sweet and n my age me feel welcomed.

I asked for Non Smoking room when I booked … got here, first room I checked into obviously had a smoker prior to me, went and asked for another room non-smoking, desk guy was nice gave me another room, that room too was Smoke smelling … only here one night so I will deal with it … lights in room are dim … Days Inn corporate needs to renovate this hotel or raze it … would not stay here again

The room was on the first floor with a handicap rail in the shower, as we requested. But there was a 1 and 1/2 inch roach on the wall in the room. We have never had this happen previously in any of the hotels, airBNB's etc that we have stayed at. I reported it to management and we were gone all day. When we returned to our room it smelled like they sprayed with insecticide. We never saw the roach again.

Brandon Manager thebworst at customer Service
My experience was terrible , the hotel put a hold on 2 credit card after I paid and checked out. Brandon the manager, needs more training on his customer service. I will also be contacting BETTER BUSINESS Bureau. The practice is terrible. Brandon left me with a terrible impression of the Hotel
