"Really nice Hotel overall. Ladies in the breakfast kitchen were very friendly and kept everything stocked. Rooms were clean although a little mold in shower. Nice pool and area. We would stop there again"

"I was staying alone, say 7 stars thought it would be safe. As soon as I get there a man tells me he’s gonna come to my room later then about midnight I hear loud knocking on the door. "

"Friendly staff and very clean rooms. Very clean hotel and a good breakfast in the morning. I really enjoyed my stay here.
I’m traveling with my sprinter van business and I booked room here after the load was delivered. The next day my dispatch company was not ready for me another load by checking out. I explained my situation to the manager and he allowed me to sit in the lobby until I got my next load or get another room .
That was very important to me. If I’m ever in this area again, I’ve found a good place to stay.

"I loved that I was able to book during the time frame that I did. I had an issue with another hotel, and it was like heaven going into Laquinta. And I was able to get hot breakfast in the morning. I wanted a nice quite area to relax for my birthday and I got just that at Laquinta's. Thanks so much for this relaxing one-night stay. I will book again and again. "
"The only problem I had with the room was the hardwood floor was very dirty. I could see dirt & dust on the floor and the soles of my clean white socks were very dirty like it hadn't been mopped in a long time. I never go barefoot in a hotel room anyway. Other than that, the rest of the room seemed to be clean. The bathroom sink & tub were clean. "
"Beds were comfortable and good location. Neighborhood was generally quiet except neighborhood kids using the backyard to play in and will be looking in the windows.House was not cleaned well...gutters blocked causing flooding, outside trash overflowing, had to clear cobwebs off the back door to get outside, mold on fridge, lights burnt out in the bathroom, floor in room with twin beds was dirty, seat of dining room chair was broken and almost fell through, bath towels in the bath and bedrooms were wet when we got there, etc.....Amenities are sparse. First time I've stayed in a short term rental that didn't have a hair dryer and minimal coffee products. We had to shop for a lot. There was a fire pit outside but nowhere to sit.If it weren't for the poor cleaning I would have given 4 stars. Communication problems were not the owners fault but were a problem with the VRBO site."
