Fold out bed was better thann spring loaded mattress but cover material was stiff plastic and super firm. So fold out was unusually uncomfortable. Bed sagged in the middle. If those items would have been more comfortable, nigjts would have been better. There were teo elevators, one was broken the entire 8 days of our stay. So we took stairs to/from 4th floor at least once daily. Front desk help was nice. Room cleaned daily.

Our room was clean and reasonably priced. The food at the dinning area was very limited and ok in price. Not many choices for breakfast. The pool was closed by 8 pm, so was not very useful in the evening. Centrally located to stores and restraurants.

The staff was extremely nice from check-in to check-out. Each time I came back into the hotel, the young man who checked me in greeted me by name. The hotel was located on a quiet street and convenient to lots of shopping and eating establishments. I especially liked the lobby. The fragrance was great. I appreciated the 24 hour hot tea/coffee station. The lobby even had little cubicles where a group could sit and talk. The room was nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable but the bed was not positioned in the right place to watch TV in bed. The air didnt function properly. Auto didnt seem to work so it had to be on continuously. I didnt like the fact that you had to turn on the entrance light switch in order for the sink switch and toilet/shower room switch to work. The entrance light was very bright which caused me to wake up when it was turned on. I didnt like the breakfast option. It was basically sandwiches and pastries. No food cooked on site. Overall, a great stay. Only those minor things.
