"The stay was fine once we were able to check in which ended up being very problematic. I had reserved two rooms for this stay. The person that was supposed to stay in the second room ended up in the hospital and couldn’t go. We found a replacement traveler and before we left on our trip I had emailed asking that the name on the second room be switched. We got to the hotel quite late, around 8pm and had problems. The desk clerk said that we booked through a third party and he didn’t have any message about the name switch. I showed the desk clerk the message that I had sent. He said we had to contact the person in the hospital and have him email the hotel giving his permission for the other person to have the second room. This person was ill so his wife had to send it. What an unnecessary hassle that started our stay with a very bad taste in our mouth for your hotel."
