Biggest issue is only one key fob. When traveling as a partner or in a family, having one fob limits independent movement as someone is stranded if the other goes for a run as the single fob must be used to access both the bldg and elevators. Suggest procuring a second fob to reduce...

"When we booked, the host said it was a double booking... but refused to cancel because he would be charged $50... my deceased fiancé and my bday plans were ruined... he whined about $50, like it was our fault. We didnt get to stay and still no refund."

"Upon my arrival.i didn't know we had to walk down a hill to enter the apartment.2nd problem was the plastic on the beds that caused the mattress to keep sliding off.3rd was the light over the book case that you can't turn off unless you turn off the ceiling fan,which made the room too hot.so I had to sleep with the light on ..overall the apt is cozy .last but not least,why must I remove the linen from the beds if I'm paying the cleaning fee .."
