    The house was clean and comfortable for my small groupThe kitchen was nice and the bathroom was cleanThe outside area is a bit ugly but thats from the other tenants in the building leaving toys all over the hallway and making the building smell like weedThe parking had cameras and the parking pass was easy to find Had a great stay

    Location to downtown ATL is amazing. Very walkable and many people were out and about in the neighborhood . Much better price and much more room than what you would get in a downtown hotel. Bedrooms were nice and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was clean and well stocked as was the bathroom. Some deep cleaning is needed around vents and air return.
    Stayed 1 night in Oct 2026
