"The area is unsafe, the people are trafficking, smoking in the rooms and I asked for room service and they didn’t do it until the next day. When they finally got to it it still wasn’t clean. The air in the rooms are poor and there is no ventilation system "

"On Easter they said that they were close the pool for maintenance which also included the fitness room that was connected to it. The reason why I booked the hotel was for the pool and for the Fitness room. We had to spend money to go find a pool somewhere else when it’s 90° in Tampa!!!!!"
