I had to go to the desk and ask for fresh towels and I had to pile our trash out in the hallway where it sat for days. "

"I stayed at this place atleast three times in the past and every time it was a great experience but this time it was little disappointing. Stayed there for three days but room was not cleaned even once. Refills were empty and luckily I had my own supplies."
