"Very clean building and room The buffet looked terrible No waffle maker frozen waffles When I open the trays of food open now I know why it wasn’t busy We couldn’t even eat there I give it a 1 out of 10 only the coffee was ok "

"They are in the mist of updating their look, so it wasn't the cleanest, and it also to me, made the facilities age really stand out. Room was clean and nice, a little big for my taste, especially with the lack of places to lay your stuff out. Plus the rooms for my need a few more lamps or something to get more light in the room, especially when entering the room. "

"This location is super! For the price and location, we were pleased. Breakfast was good. My only complaint was that the property is pet friendly. That is not a problem, but a guest brought her dog to breakfast, carrying it in her arm. It was very unsanitary when she carried the dog to the buffet. The pet's nose was less than 6 inches from our food. This is disgusting to me, and a health hazard."

"Even tho I booked this hotel weeks in advance AND called the week before to verify it was shower accessible for my 78 year old mom with mobility issues- they didn't have a suite for her 10 day stay. The room they offered- standard small hotel room- wrong coffee pot in room - no dishes in room and no accessible shower. Justin - who verified everything the week before booking- also was at the front desk while checking in. He ( who claimed to be the GM) was terribly rude and acted like we were the problem. Justin claimed that the mixup was due to someone not checking out when they were supposed to. He suggested a Best Western for the same price! I offered to keep the small wrong room if she could be moved to the correct accessible suite the next day- he thought that would work- I asked to see the room to verify - he said housekeeping wouldn't be able to clean it until next...no worries I just want to verify that it was the correct type id room... showed it to me and it was smaller and still no accessible shower. Justin then told me that he didn't think this was going to work out because I wasn't giving him a chance to help him. Apparently- this hotel was purchasd recently- so beware of reviews prior to this new GM and management! Would highly recommend staying somewhere else unless you dont need specific anything. She stayed at the Homewood by Hilton less than a mile away and it was everything it was supposed to be! A 10 day stay- with kitchen and Accessible shower!"
