"1. The trash was not picked up from the previous stay. 2. It was the only place my whole trip that did not take my credit card (visa). 3. There were dog paw prints on the inside of the bathroom door where a dog scratched all night. 4. The floors felt tacky on bare feet, and the bathroom floor grout looked like a kennel. 5. The pool is outside and does not open until 9 am. 6. The seating island is situated in the breakfast area so that you become the entertainment of everyone eating when you are getting your food from the buffet. 7. No labels on the food. Some of it was a guess. "

"I reserved my rooms months in advance, 2 adjoining rooms with 2 queen beds each. Upon check-in, the two very unfriendly desk staff members, did not seem to care when they only had one room on my reservation. Even after I showed them proof of my reservation, they did not care and did not apologize. They blamed it on hotels.com. Ultimately, I ended up with two rooms on separate floors, which was a huge disappointment since I had to be separated from my family members. The room also had many dead bugs throughout. One the other hand, the woman that set up and managed the breakfast, was wonderful! She was the best part of our stay! Very friendly and attentive."
