"The best Western in Akron had no hot water. The boiler broke. I could not take a shower. I was upset about that and the toilet stew wasn’t working right. The man changed my room. He was very nice by doing that and gave me back my money."

It really didn't affect our stay other that the hallway smelled bad and we had to walk around equipment. Our room didn't have a smell and it was very clean and looked like it had been recently updated. "
