Very well maintained. Only complaint is the ice machines were being cleaned so they had no ice in the entire building. It would seem like knowing that, management would have purchased some bags on ice to have on hand for customers.

The property is beautiful and in great condition. The room doors shut with a load boom as if closing a vault door. People kept opening and closing the doors after 1:00 am until 2:00 am greatly interfering with sleep. Someone walked a barking dog at 3:00 am. Workers stay there as an extended stay hotel and start their diesel engines around 6:00. We will never stay at an extended stay, pet friendly hotel like this one ever again. If you would like to sleep during the night, do not stay at this hotel.

We were a bit disappointed with this hotel especially given the fact that Marriott associated hotels are usually good. The check in staff were great. The room, meh. Smelled a bit musty, towels were not overly clean, one with a visible stain in the middle. Cleaning efforts need some work.

This was my first stay at a Townplace Suite. This brand will now be my go to. The room was generously sized. The bathroom and all amenities are behind a door. The kitchenette was nicer than some homes. And the breakfast bar included an oatmeal station with eight topping options.
