"We just spent the perfect weekend in Vail! Beautiful weather on Saturday and almost 18 inches of fresh snow on Sunday. "This rental was a massive disappointment and hassle. Red flag, the listing photos are generic stock photos lifted from the Sheraton’s website – not the actual suite you reserve. Upon check-in, it seems the owner double-booked the suite, and our reservation was converted to a standard hotel room. I definitely rented and paid for a studio suite with kitchen and seating area. Not a hotel room. Fortunately, the Sheraton staff was amazing. Everyone at the front desk and bell stand were super friendly...

"I love the Ritz Carlton, love the location, loved the unit size and ammenities. The only thing I would say is that the lighting specifically in the bathrooms is horrible! Not good for makeup at all just too dark all around."
