Gravity Haus Steamboat

"My stay at Gravity Haus was one I would emphatically recommend. The sense of community was woven into every aspect of my stay, from early access to amenities, to the staff's curated knowledge of timely local events, and ultimately, to the camaraderie I found with engaging and like-minded clientele in the common areas. It felt like a concept that lives its ethos. I also want to commend Paula for helping make the experience truly exceptional. Not only was she incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure my experience met my expectations when I arrived, she also did this answering questions over the phone in the days leading up to my stay. Every interaction with her was a pleasure. Paula is a true asset to the Gravity Haus team, and her outstanding presence is a primary reason I will return."

"This worked very well for five people. Comfortable and clean. Can walk to a market and ice cream/restaurant that was Ok. Easy access to Steamboat. Kitchen was well-stocked and that is not something that happens all the time. Hot tub was nice. Couch was very comfortable. Only complaint is that the bunk beds need to have their joints tightened as it squeaked with slight movement. Not a huge deal, though. Would stay here again."

"This was definitely a fantastic value and great overall. We will definitely consider for a family trip. The only couple things we didn't enjoy was the check in was very LOUD. There were some very LOUD guys checking when we were and no one could hear anything but them. The acustics in the lobby needs some work. With it being all open with games in the upstairs. Between the loud guys checking in and the racket of the games going on upstairs, we could barely hear to check in. At checkout, we had gone to church and had left a bag to change clothes before the 10am checkout to be greeted on our return to our things being bagged up by the cleaning person. We still had a few minutes to checkout and I had not checked out via the text message either. 10am checkout is 10am...so that was a bit odd. The employee was very embarrassed and apologetic but it was definitely strange and something they need to realize to make sure their cleaning people don't start cleaning rooms until people are gone. It was very obvious we were still there with items on the counter and also a bag in the bedroom. All in all just a few hiccups but overall experience a great place to stay. "

"Great service, friendly staff. No ice machine, which is odd but the concierge did deliver a bag almost immediately when asked. After checkout, I realized that I had left my wallet in the room. One quick phone call left me feeling confident that it would be retrieved and kept safe while I took my family up the gondola for lunch. Upon our descent, it was safe and sound with security. Wonderful property! I hope to be back this winter. "
