"Unable to use shower due to bath tub filling up faster than it could drain then it took over 30mins to drain and that's a huge inconvenience. "Toilet was leaking water at the base. Lamp in the middle of the room was plugged in to an outlet on the wall which put the cord in the main walkway as a trip hazard (I unplugged it). Key card maker was broken so had to stop at front desk every time we needed access to the room. They didn’t verify who we were they just unlocked the door before we got to it. Long wait to get door unlocked too. "
