Akron/Medina/Copley were surprisingly cool with some neat coffee shops, parks, an indoor play space for kids and Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The area directly around the hotel is very commercial with chain places but was close to shopping and food

Akron has quite a bit of construction, but thats certainly not unusual for an Ohio city. But that being said, Akron and the surrounding area seems pretty easy to get around.

We were unaware of the artistic flair in the area. And it reminded me of my hometown in Arkansas.
"My stay was nice but the deadbolt on my room door didn’t lock spoke with the front desk and they claim they was going to get it fixed I was there a whole week and they never got it fixed. Every time I asked about it they would tell me they was going to call the manager. Well needless to say I guess they never spoke with the manager. "
