"This hotel covers the basics well in terms of room size and comfort, and the breakfast was a bit better than what one would expect for the food choices and service provided. "

"Not impressed at all, much of the place smelled like weed and had an overall ghetto vibe, not a very clean hotel. They give you a paper that has the wrong floors for where the ice machines are so you waste your time walking all over. My mini fridge door wouldnt close at all because of a huge ice build-up and the guy at the front desk said he couldnt do anything about it or knock the price down for me. The kleenex box in the bathroom was empty. The staff also have thick accents and are hard to understand. So yea I'd suggest avoiding this place unless youre really on a budget, the beds and hotel room itself were clean though so that was the one good thing."

"My shower was so clogged I couldn't use it without standing in 4 inches of water. I told the morning staff they said they would have it fixed. I worked a 14 hour day, came back to find they did absolutely nothing so another day of not showering because they could not find the time to fix a clog."

"The entire staff was so amazing. They were so accommodating to me when i had an issue snd went above and beyond. I would so recommend this hotel."

"I made reservations for a 2 bedroom and staff place me a king room. The reason that I wanted 2 beds was while attending my brother's birthday party. My daughter and other family could Stay with me so that can be safe. My room had ants by the AC unit which traveled onto the desk, By the way I spoke to staff about my room and they stated they had to give me that room for they were busy with other guests who had more family. My bathtub would drain slowly making me haven to take a shower in slow draining water. They also only had one face towel and one body towel. Meaning that I would to use the same towels if I wanted to wash myself up I asked the front desk person for my towels and she did bring me 2 body towels yet no face towels or towels for when you get out the shower. She said that they only had body towels. With all of this I'm very unhappy with my combinations. "

"The property itself is just ok. Nothing flashy. The breakfast is grab and go items like yogurt and granola bars. Check in and check out took way too long. There was no staff at the desk so we had to wait more than an acceptable amount of time to be helped. While the facility is supposed to be nonsmoking the place smelled like weed at all times. The room across from us had a dog that loved to bark."
